Senior Software Engineer

Náplň práce

First and foremost, you will be driven by a strong belief in software engineering and a determination to innovate within web development. You'll work closely with team members from brainstorming new features to the initial planning stages, turning creative designs into reality. This team plays a crucial role in developing the core JSON over HTTP API, serving multiple clients and managing large data stacks. Despite these challenges, you'll effortlessly handle the details to ensure a great user experience with this software product.

You will be working with technologies such as Maven / Gradle, Git, Java 11 / Kotlin, IDE.

Predpoklady a zručnosti

• A good grip of building and designing HTTP APIs written in Java or Kotlin
• A good grip of building and designing HTTP APIs written in Java
• Clear understanding of Spring ecosystem and the way Spring applications are written
• Knowledge working with search technology and/or distributed systems in general
• Some experience with Elasticsearch or other distributed search and analytic engines

Ďalsie informacie

• Location: Bratislava (hybrid). Once a month, or once every two months, on-site in Vienna.
   
• Start date: by agreement
• Type of contract: full-time. Possibility to work only on a Slovak or Czech permanent employment contract (no B2B contract allowed).
• Salary: from € 2800 up to €4500 gross per month for this full time position
• Visa sponsorship is only offered to senior Java developers.
