Technical Product Owner – Automated Refund
In order to expand the capabilities of our product portfolio, we are looking for a talented Technical Product Owner to work on Automated Refund solutions. You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, collaborating with other Business Units, Commercial, Engineering, Product and Technology teams to understand their needs and propose innovative solutions to fulfil them. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating smart and customer-centric products. Your products are shaped to serve the 40+ Tax Free Shopping markets from Europe, Asia, Africa to the Americas.
Náplň práce
Position: Technical Product OwnerLocation: Slovakia (Bratislava)
Salary Range: €55K to €65K + 10% Bonu
Office Requirement: 2 days per week
- Manage the entire product development life cycle.
- Own, prioritise and maintain the Product Backlog.
- Collect customer needs, assess market feedback and drive further Product Innovation.
- Define and communicate User Stories to the development team.
- Agree and maintain the Product Strategy and Roadmap.
Predpoklady a zručnosti
- University degree in the fields Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Min. 2-3 years’ work experience as a Product Owner for back end services.
- Solid understanding of Agile (SCRUM) development processes.
- Strong Communication, Stakeholder Management and Presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Fluent in English.
