Job description

  • Monitor and report process KPIs
  • Upkeep internal database
  • Support customer inquiries
  • Communicate requirements and guidelines to regional and global teams
  • Coordinate day-to-day processes with various stakeholders (internal and external)

Prerequisites and skills

  • Role will require proactive engagement with various stakeholders.
  • Timely responses and process coordination will be the core activities involved in daily work.
  • Meeting in-scope KPIs along with consistent reporting will be required.
  •  Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Excellent MS Office skills; 
  • Good proof-reading skills and attention to detail;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and priorities workload effectively against tight timescales;
  • Time management skills 
  • Ability to research information and report on findings;
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm;
  • Pro-activity and maturity to work in a virtual environment;
  • Experience or background in the sustainability field is an advantage.
