We are looking for Customer Support: Sustainability & Compliance Specialist
Job description
- Monitor and report process KPIs
- Upkeep internal database
- Support customer inquiries
- Communicate requirements and guidelines to regional and global teams
- Coordinate day-to-day processes with various stakeholders (internal and external)
Prerequisites and skills
- Role will require proactive engagement with various stakeholders.
- Timely responses and process coordination will be the core activities involved in daily work.
- Meeting in-scope KPIs along with consistent reporting will be required.
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Excellent MS Office skills;
- Good proof-reading skills and attention to detail;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task and priorities workload effectively against tight timescales;
- Time management skills
- Ability to research information and report on findings;
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm;
- Pro-activity and maturity to work in a virtual environment;
- Experience or background in the sustainability field is an advantage.
