ServiceNow Developer / ITSM Specialist

Náplň práce

• Be part of a dynamic team which continuously develops, extends, and improves the ServiceNow ITSM platform

• The internal ITIL processes are being continually adapted to fit our client's needs. The successful candidate will be expected to understand new requirements and be able to implement them in the platform.

• Proactively find ways to increase efficiencies and improve the usability of our ServiceNow ITSM platform

• Be passionate about self-service and automation technologies and continuously develop your expertise in these areas

• Together with a specialized IT Process team, work into implementing KPIs and metrics in dashboards that help us with meaningful insights

• Work in agile self-driven teams and support our culture that expects high levels of performance with a strong teamwork ethic

Predpoklady a zručnosti

• Good experience with ServiceNow management is a prerequisite

• Good knowledge with some of the following technologies: IT Service Management, JSON/REST, ServiceNow, JavaScript, Webservices, CMDB

• You understand the IT landscape and have knowledge in IT Service Management and frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT

• You have a solution-oriented mindset and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and way of working
• Formal IT education and/or relevant work experience
• You have a good command of English
• Experience with Performance Analytics is a big plus
